The following ten sentences wish to audit-proof electronic archiving are from the Association of Organization and Information Systems 

1.  Each document must be in accordance with the legal and organizational requirements properly preserved 
2.  The filing must be made completely - no document may be lost on the way to the archive or the archive itself 
3.  Each document is organized for the earliest possible date archive 
4.  Each document must be consistent with its original and immutable archives 
5.  Each document can be viewed only by appropriately authorized users 
6.  Each document can be retrieved in a reasonable time and reproduces 
7.  Each document may be destroyed after the expiry of his earliest retention period, that is deleted from the archive 
8.  Any change action in the electronic archive system must be traceable records for claimants 
9.  The entire organizational and technical process of archiving can be examined by an expert third party at any time 
10. For all migrations and changes to the archive system must comply with all the previously listed principles to be ensured
